    Therefore if you are looking at questions of the inner workings of organisations you might have funded in the past, you simply do not have the powers to investigate those to the extent that the allegations would suggest you might need to or might want to, or a third party might want to?

    Mr Travers, you have already made it clear, and I think it follows, that you did not speak to people who are not employees of the LDA. Does that mean you did not speak to Mr Jasper?

    Just for the record, what formally are those roles that you fulfil, then? You are an accountant, I believe, but also you are the Financial Officer and that is defined in statute. Is that right?

    Finally in terms of process, you mentioned that you have interviewed or taken evidence of the internal issues within the LDA and the people that currently work for the LDA. How many people are there that have left the LDA that were involved in these particular allegations that have therefore obviously not been interviewed or reviewed?
