Keith Prince AM (Deputy Chairman): I have a series of questions, mainly for the Commissioner, Andy Byford. Good morning, Andy. As you said earlier, you took over as Commissioner during lockdown, not at the beginning. Were there any processes in place that you changed straight away on your arrival?
