Nicholas Rogers AM: This is a question to Commissioner Byford. Commissioner, could you give us an update, please, on the status of the Piccadilly line signalling upgrade? It is of particular interest to my constituents in Hounslow, and last year your predecessor described it as the number one priority for TfL. Could you give us an update on where we are please?
