    Anne Clarke AM: Thank you, Chair. Good morning to all the panel. Seb, you have spoken a lot today about orbital routes. I am wondering if we have an update on the progress of the West London Orbital and can you give any assurances that the project will be given the go-ahead?

First of all I would like to address a question to Sir John, referring to another John, John Dickie, from John Kavanagh’s organisation [BusinessLDN], has stated that cutting back on HS2 is a false economy and it will lead to increased costs in the future. What are your observations on this?
