Like my colleague, Caroline [Russell AM], I also met with the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants, who raised a separate issue about asylum seekers living in Home Office asylum accommodation.     Siân Berry AM: Thank you very much, Chair. Mr Mayor, I want to start with you. I want to talk about the weight of traffic there is coming into London. This really is a burden on Londoners’ shoulders, and it particularly affects outer London near our strategic roads, where there is noise and there is pollution.
