Thanks very much. As you said, you have learnt from other Games, and I am really pleased that you have said that. The Sydney Games in particular was given a bronze medal by Greenpeace for its sustainability. What medal are you going for and what medal would you be happy with in terms of sustainability for these Games?

Yes, the best practice for 2012 as I understood what you said earlier on. In terms of 2012 sustainability and environmental issues, the carbon dioxide targets that the Assembly set for London did indicate that we should have developments being carbon neutral to comply with national and international targets on carbon dioxide. So do you think we could go for some kind of carbon neutrality for the Games?

But do you think we would win the Games if we went for 2005 standards? Do you think we need to improve on Sydney? Presumably we do if we want to win.

Okay, fine. What sort of monitoring do you think you would be putting in place that would ensure that our promises were clear and that we would be monitoring as we progressed in terms of sustainability or regeneration?

Moving on from that, it is the perception and how that relates to your indicators. You have already indicated there is a little bit of a discrepancy there. For example, the public is not very comfortable in terms of the perceived safety of Underground stations. If you look at the statistics, it does not look so bad. Where are you with that? How do you think we can make the perception of safety on the Underground work?

Could I turn attention to the protection masters, a group of workers who do not work for LUL particularly but are subcontracted in a most peculiar way. They have no option but to work for one organisation, yet they do not know whether they will be working on any given day. Their terms and conditions seem pretty appalling, but the only thing they can do is work indirectly for you. Have you made it your business to check out the terms and conditions of subcontractors? How are you going to ensure that we have decent terms and conditions for all...
