    I never rabbit on! I was very impressed by Kit Malthouse's questions about commerciality. I may not reach the same conclusion as him in applying that to the questions about the Stadium. I think it does present us with some pretty hard challenges. Essentially that it is very difficult to have the intimacy of a football crowd close to the pitch, with an athletics stadium which has to be quite a lot bigger.     ): Are we at the section of the meeting where we are asking more general questions? I wanted to come back to somewhere close to where we started, informed by the discussion we have had. My question is to be clear about who you are accountable to because is there not a risk that you are accountable to so many different layers in so many different ways that, de facto, you are accountable to nobody?
