    Taking us back to the Village if I may, at the Select Committee hearing you mentioned that the Government had recently set up a programme, a Board, which enables you to have some influence over the actual Village. Can you tell us a bit more about it: has it met; what powers you are going to have; what changes are you envisaging and, obviously, how will you do the nominations?

    Given that many dwellings in London are now blocks of flats or houses in multiple occupancy, will the Mayor ask Transport for London to update its policy on consulting residents about new bus stops, so that every resident within 50 metres of a proposed new stop is consulted?

    To follow on from James' comment on what are we going to do to help businesses at this time and in view of the success of the Congestion Charge free period between Christmas and New Year, would you consider some other schemes like that during the forthcoming? There are options. You did talk again, back to your manifesto, about flexibility.
