    I never rabbit on! I was very impressed by Kit Malthouse's questions about commerciality. I may not reach the same conclusion as him in applying that to the questions about the Stadium. I think it does present us with some pretty hard challenges. Essentially that it is very difficult to have the intimacy of a football crowd close to the pitch, with an athletics stadium which has to be quite a lot bigger.
