What steps are going to be taken, and who is going to be taking the lead, in getting a real buy-in from the private sector? Ultimately we have got quite a lot of people from the public sector, distinguished people on the Board, but it is the private sector that ultimately will deliver this.

Can I welcome you, Mr Higgins, both from myself and my colleagues in the Conservative Group. The ODA has been described as the people who build the stage and the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG) puts on the show. I represent a constituency in south London, which includes Crystal Palace, which is not going to be one of the principle sites. 1)How much will it cost to implement your planned mobile phone use on a. Tube stations b. Tube trains? 2)Do you expect this scheme to be a cost burden on London Underground or a revenue raiser?
