John Biggs AM: I am very grateful for your answers to date. You will be aware, though, as you say - and this is a question to the Mayor - that this is a cross-party initiative by and large and you have stepped into the shoes of your illustrious predecessor, who was very clear that the Olympics were but a down payment on the wider regeneration of the area.
