Caroline Pidgeon MBE AM: Commissioner, we know that after serious concerns were raised by HMICFRS about a huge backlog in vetting and re-vetting of officers back in around 2018/19, progress has been made. But the Deputy Commissioner told me earlier this month that there are still around 100 officers whose up-to-date vetting status is in question.
