    I was reading in the press yesterday the story that more than 100 rapists have been let off with a police caution and that 66 of these cases that were highlighted involved child rape. One of the examples that was given in this article was a woman who had been sexually abused by a 34 year old man between the ages of 13 and 15 years of age and yet he only got a caution.     First of all can I congratulate you on the work you have done so far. I think you have done a spectacular job and long may it continue. I do not underestimate how very difficult it has been to get to this stage. I think it is very good and I am sure we are all impressed. My question is, in a worst case scenario how much of the contingency are you likely to have to use in order to rescue the financing of the Village and the Media Centre?
