Caroline Pidgeon (AM): I just wanted to pick up a couple of things, following on from Val's question. The issue Val mentions of the seven stabbings, and one stabbing that resulted in somebody tragically dying in parts of Lambeth Kit Malthouse (Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime): Pimlico. I was reading in the press yesterday the story that more than 100 rapists have been let off with a police caution and that 66 of these cases that were highlighted involved child rape. One of the examples that was given in this article was a woman who had been sexually abused by a 34 year old man between the ages of 13 and 15 years of age and yet he only got a caution. I understand that a caution could mean nothing more than two years on the sex offenders register. So I was wondering, do you know how...
