    I was reading in the press yesterday the story that more than 100 rapists have been let off with a police caution and that 66 of these cases that were highlighted involved child rape. One of the examples that was given in this article was a woman who had been sexually abused by a 34 year old man between the ages of 13 and 15 years of age and yet he only got a caution.
