    Peter, could I just draw you back into the quagmire of Metronet for a moment. I wondered two things. First of all, obviously anybody who looked at the structure of Metronet - and I am glad you agree - could see that it was crackers right from the start and was going to end in disaster. Given that the magic circle of contractors who owned Metronet were effectively awarding contracts to themselves and therefore that structure was going to collapse at some cost, are those same contractors still performing work on the lines on Metronet?     Mr Mayor, would you agree with me that had the British Airways flight that crash landed just within the perimeter of Heathrow a year ago landed 800 yards short of where it eventually landed we would not be having this conversation about "if", we would be having a conversation about "when" we move Heathrow Airport?
