    Thank you, Chair. Mayor, you have acknowledged in the last Transport Committee that you attended that there is this gaping gap of two million tonnes of carbon in the Strategy. I am just wondering, with all the measures you have put in place, how you feel that other areas of the GLA are going to be picking up on this.     You announced £1 million of funding to trial low carbon technology in London's taxi fleet in June, however, you have also indicated that you are also focusing your environmental transport strategy on increasing the take up of electric vehicles in the capital. I am also aware that one manufacturer has started to develop a prototype electric taxi. This is causing some confusion amongst the taxi trade.
