    All right, OK, well I do not think I want to dispute that, but I think if I accepted, and from what you say, that it is part of your responsibility too to make sure that cyclists are kept safe and this blame-the-cyclist routine is something of a smokescreen to divert attention from that responsibility.     Just going on from John's [Biggs] friendly question, you outlined many, many priorities for next year and, if anything, the first observation is maybe there are too many. Can you possibly lose focus as a result and what kind of managerial systems have you got to make sure that you can cover all the ground? For example, the two additional ones that I had were implementing the Mayor's Housing Strategy and the sporting provision and the youth service. Now those are clearly new areas on top of your Olympic responsibilities, as well as the climate change work.
