  • COVID-19 Vaccination Delivery in London (Supplementary) [19]

    • Question by: Joanne McCartney
    • Meeting date: 04 February 2021
Joanne McCartney AM : My first question is to Martin Machray. • Concern (Supplementary) [10]

    • Question by: Joanne McCartney
    • Meeting date: 20 June 2012

We know that TfL has suggested that they would like to bid for franchises that may be coming up in the future. The next one up is Thames Link Southern franchise, which actually incorporates the Great Northern, which runs through my constituency. Can I ask, is TfL considering bidding for that franchise?

Could I ask, would that greater control be running the franchises themselves or having a partnership where you set the franchise terms?
