We have been talking about various obvious areas of legacy but there is one piece of legacy that is to the very front of the Mayor's mind and that is the upgrading of the use of the river and river transport. I must declare an interest of helping him particularly in this. Can I ask you why it is that, in the transport planning, the provision of free travel to Olympic ticket holders on the Underground, the overground and the buses, there does not appear to be any such free travel to encourage people to use the river?
