    A number of my constituents have raised grave concerns in relation to the traffic lights installed earlier on this year at the junction of Wickham Road/Orchard Avenue/Hartland Way by Shirley Library. My constituents do not understand why the positioning of the lights, when coming from West Wickham and turning right into Orchard Avenue, has been changed. Serious concerns over safety have been raised as, when cars advance forward and are waiting to turn right, drivers are unable to see any traffic lights (as there are now no backing lights in place).
