    Now that the Harrow Police Community Consultative Group has been disbanded due to lack of MOPAC funding and support, when will be Safer Neighbourhood Board be up and running in Harrow?

Mr Mayor, the question I would like to put to you is what are you doing to ensure that these boards are representative of London?
