    Andrew Boff AM: On the subject of safety, on 25 November 2015 there was a fire at a tyre shop in Walpole Road, N17. This shop has now reopened. Is it standard practice for there to be an investigation or an inspection subsequent to an incident and could you write to me and say whether or not there has been an inspection of these particular premises? The reason I chase this with you is that there have been some concerns from local residents for a considerable period but they do not seem to be getting any joy from Haringey Council...

    The review of rape services that you alluded to earlier, Commissioner, highlighted the importance of ISVAs to counselling those victims of rape and sexual assault. Are you committed to seeing an increase in the number of ISVAs?

    Thank you, Mr Mayor. I mean you will forgive us for concentrating on this particular area because our job as Assembly Members is to see where it is going wrong, not where it is often going right. While the decline in overall reported crime is welcome, it is disturbing that we have these particular categories increasing. I wondered if you would be supportive of the recommendations in a report published by the Greater London Authority (GLA) Conservatives in June called On the Wagon , whereby we wanted to see a doubling of the penalty notice for drunk and disorderly behaviour...
