As a regeneration project, it has to be acknowledged that it is successful. Compared to any other Olympic city in the past, what has happened in London is transformationally better than anywhere else.     Roger Evans AM: Boris, I have been alarmed by some of the discussion from maybe some of the more eccentric people who wish to succeed you in your role, that they might consider extending Congestion Charge to cover the whole of Greater London. Obviously, if that idea was to gain currency I would hope that TfL would carry out a full consultation with residents in places like Havering and Redbridge so they can discuss their objection to this proposal.
