    I would like to take you back to the tram because it is a huge deal for the south of the river and there you have full cross-party support so far. I know the Liberal Democrats in Southwark are fully behind it. Do you think the Liberal Democrats in Camden are just fur coat and no knickers?

    Can I put that to the rest of the panel? Do you think that it would be useful if all GLA strategies were subject to a poverty impact assessment, and that we take a more across-the-board approach?

    I read in the newspapers that the Bain Report terms of reference were not actually agreed by the union and that they were very unhappy with the terms of the report. Now, the result of the report is absolutely dependent upon the terms that you set at the beginning. Is it true that the union was unhappy with it?
