This morning London Councils has flagged up - and you may have seen it in its newsletter - its worries about ATOC asking for extra money to pay for the Freedom Pass.     That really is very unfortunate to hear. We know the western extension is really one of your daftest ideas. Nobody wants it. It looks neat on a map I can tell you that, but it is a waste of time. You are going to cause so much congestion in other parts of South London.
