High speed internet access is critical for London’s businesses and residents. However, it has been reported that some parts of London have some of the worse full fibre coverage in the country. Yes, that was a comprehensive background you gave in your answers to the question from my colleague, the Chair of the Assembly, and to some extent you have partly answered some of the questions I was going to ask you, but I will still formally put those questions to you. What specific role did the London Recovery Board, the Strategic Co-ordination Group (SCG) and the London Transition Board have in the national roadmap out of lockdown?
