Unmesh Desai AM: Thank you, Chair. Good morning to the panel. My lead-off question is to either Phil [Graham] or Ben [Lucas]. High speed internet access is critical for London’s businesses and residents. However, it has been reported that some parts of London have some of the worse full fibre coverage in the country. Unmesh Desai AM: I was hoping to raise this earlier, Chair, but I will raise it anyway. It relates to a comment made by Assembly Member Andrew Boff. I do not want to get into a party-political spat but, following advice I received from the Secretariat, I have no choice but to put my question to you.
