    Sem Moema AM: Thank you, Chair, and good morning to all of you. I have a lot of questions for Sir John Armitt, but I want to use the full breadth of the expert panel today. So my question is for the Deputy Mayor, Seb Dance, and it is to ask you: what are the prospects of an expansion of Hall Farm Curve and train and tube connectivity to and from Chingford?
