    Caroline Pidgeon MBE AM: I would like to question you about a specific part of the Mayor’s manifesto that stated that the Mayor would “make sure Londoners get a fair deal from developers”.     I would like to ask the Chair a few questions about increasing diversity in your workforce. You need to look at the offer that is made to staff and look at work practices. As you know, the Mayor announced that he wanted City Hall to become a model employer, adopting the highest standards to support women in the workplace. Is this something that you are looking to do at LFEPA and what plans do you have to review your current working practices?
