    Susan Hall AM: Chair, I wanted to say how disappointed we all are that yet again Mayor [Sadiq] Khan has declined to attend this meeting. He should be here to answer questions, but, as always, he is the missing Mayor. I did think that he was doing something that was important and was a work commitment, but I see that he is launching his campaign instead. The pandemic has meant that many people have lost or are likely to lose their jobs in the forthcoming months. What retraining opportunities are you supporting for those people who are in that position?
