    Dr Onkar Sahota AM: Good morning. This question is to Jordan from the CBI. In eight days’ time, employers will be made to pay the National Insurance contributions and pension contributions for workers who have been furloughed. In September, employers will be expected to start topping up their furloughed workers’ wages. What impact do you think this will have on sectors of the economy that have not yet been able to open up and generate income?

    Keith Prince AM: Thank you, Chair. Could I look to Philip Graham as the only representative of the GLA family, please? Would you agree with the point that Jace Tyrrell made when he was saying that there is not a very good comparison with London when you look at other major cities that are getting far more people on their public transport now than we are? Do you think that is possibly down to confidence on public transport? Could that reason possibly be because people do not feel safe on our transport system?
