My first question is: who actually owns the land that The Crystal is on? Is it one of the GLA’s pocket strategic development sites? Is it owned by the developer Advanced Business Park? Mr Mayor, can I raise the issue of sectarian tensions in London from the Middle East conflicts between Sunni and Shia? I welcome the comments you made to Andrew Boff AM that you do not want to see international disputes come to the streets of London. In the past 15 months I have seen a number of incidents which concern me. The first was raised by Lebanese businesses on the Edgware Road about Anjem Choudary’s [cleric] mob inciting clearly religious hatred aimed at Shias. Just going back to one of my bugbears since the ricin in Wood Green, when the local chair of the Health Trust, the local chief executive, and I think the local head of the Fire Service were not aware of the ricin incident until two days afterwards. Are you satisfied that in terms of a health issue, the communications are now infallible?

Just a very quick question. You mentioned a gas attack down, sir, the Tube network, like with Sarin. Do you have the necessary equipment to go down and administer help underground, and the necessary breathing apparatus to last long enough to be effective? For instance, if they do not last half an hour, you will only have about 15 minutes or so down there.
