    Andrew Dismore AM: Commissioner, I just want to ask you a couple of questions about some of the recent written evidence to the Grenfell [Tower fire] inquiry. Assistant Commissioner [Richard] Mills talked about the impact on people taking off time with stress, which is something in fact you mentioned at the beginning. With the Brigade being below establishment, how have you been able to maintain operational efficiency with so many people off? Has it meant a lot more overtime? That is one aspect. The other aspect I want an answer on - and I hope that this does not embarrass...
