Across your business plan period, there will be a reduction in bus services in inner London with the aim of increasing outer London bus services but in total a reduction in kilometres. From my figures, you had 329 fires last year caused by faulty white goods. You have done some work on the cost to the public purse and it looks like it is around £19 million to £20 million per year that these fires cost London taxpayers.     Joanne McCartney AM: This is to the Mayor but I will happily welcome Mike’s comments as well and it is about your promise on air quality. It was a major manifesto commitment and one of the ways that TfL can have a substantive impact on air quality is by cleaning up the bus fleet. Could you just tell us in brief what your plans are for cleaning up London’s bus fleet?
