    Andrew Dismore AM: Commissioner, I just want to ask you a couple of questions about some of the recent written evidence to the Grenfell [Tower fire] inquiry. Assistant Commissioner [Richard] Mills talked about the impact on people taking off time with stress, which is something in fact you mentioned at the beginning. With the Brigade being below establishment, how have you been able to maintain operational efficiency with so many people off? Has it meant a lot more overtime? That is one aspect.     Andrew Dismore AM: That is the most bizarre conspiracy theory I have ever heard, verging on the United States blowing up the Twin Towers themselves. What I wanted to ask Ron about, actually, was an issue which I put to James [Cleverly] at the last Fire Authority meeting on industrial relations training. We know from the answers there that senior officers only get half a day’s industrial relations training. Do you think industrial relations in the fire service are good and well received all around and are operating as they should be?
