Alright, are you aware that the River Lee has been tested for radioactivity and in fact I have a Capita Symonds document here which says, `That the levels were slightly higher than expected, not high enough to cause great concern,' and identifies, `Elevated levels of radioactivity above levels considered to be natural background level for the area'.

This is a question to David Higgins. There was something you said earlier and I just want to go back to it very briefly. I recognise that you came to this after the initial stage, after we had won the bid but I find it vaguely depressing when you say, as you have done in the past, 'Oh yes, well, the plans for the Aquatics Centre - it was all a bit vague. OK. Can I just go back to Hackney. Hackney Wick station is the closest station to the future employment use in that location. However there are currently no plans to provide a direct pedestrian link. Don't you think it will be a missed opportunity if we can't get a direct link from Hackney Wick to the Olympic Park? I do not understand why this is missing and there has been pressure put but we can't seem to get any answer.

I have a question pertaining to my area in particular and that is about the canoe venue which is going to be very near Enfield and Waltham Forest in the Lee Valley Regional Park. There have been reports this week that because the original site was contaminated, a new site may be having to be looked at. My question with legacy is this; I know with the original proposals Lee Valley Regional Park were putting in extra money, so there would be a real legacy for the area in terms of children being able to participate and a learning loop...

I am more than slightly concerned about the legacy, which you have all mentioned in your presentations. Somehow I am getting the feeling that in the original bid the legacy was a huge part of it, to regenerate a very poor area of London. There was this idea that the Olympics would actually fund the legacy, but it is starting to look (and I am well aware that when we are asking our questions we ask so many questions based on newspaper reports because we do not have the information from you) that it looks more now as if selling...

The first question is to David Higgins. The Legacy Masterplan sets out the provisions for the Velodrome and cycling in general and we both know that both British Cycling and the user groups are not happy with this, and in fact are challenging it. I just wondered if you could perhaps update us on where you are with trying to find a way through this and trying to get an agreement that is acceptable to British Cycling and to the user groups. That is the first question. .

I do not think you were at the ODA at the time, but the last time the ODA representatives came to the Assembly's Environment Committee we were promised a sustainability plan across the whole of the Olympic family would be out soon. That is really what I want to hear about. When is that coming out, if ever? What are the main features?
