    Tony Devenish AM: I have two questions, the first one for Mr Bellamy. Good morning, David. Yesterday TfL put out a press release where it boasted that there is an extra 19,000m 2 of space in central London for cycling and walking that has been created over the last few weeks, ie I presume there is 19,000m 2 roughly less road space.
