    Keith Prince AM: Thank you, Chair. Deputy Mayor, good morning. A quick question to back up what my colleague, Assembly Member Best, was saying in regards to Havering in the Superloop. There is going to be no Superloop in Havering and I cannot understand why you would not have one of the outer-lying boroughs in your Orbital Plan. You are going to be deleting two bus routes in Havering, so as a result of the expansion of ULEZ there will be fewer opportunities for my residents to use public transport.     Keith Prince AM: Thank you, Chair. May I add my thanks to all the members of the panel for all the work that they are doing across London and helping Londoners. My question is for Mr Bellamy. I am sure you are aware, Mr Bellamy, that across London there are around 5,000 people being put up in the hotels by different partners at the moment, many hundreds of whom are rough sleepers.
