Looking forward at economic recovery, do you think there is a balance between jobs, in terms of the amount of jobs and job security we can offer, and making sure that companies offer good terms and conditions?     Siân Berry AM: I want to ask David Bellamy a follow-up on a written question that I put to the Mayor in May when I asked about emergency decision-making during the crisis.
