    Gareth Bacon AM: Thank you, Chair. I will start by echoing something you said earlier on, David, and it was echoed by Sir Peter. As a regeneration project, it has to be acknowledged that it is successful. Compared to any other Olympic city in the past, what has happened in London is transformationally better than anywhere else. That said, of course, there are some caveats to that and the biggest running sore is the Stadium.     Andrew Boff AM: How could something be described as ‘sustainable’ when London taxpayers will have to keep propping you up every year and you cannot tell us when that is going to stop? How is that sustainable?

    Richard Tracey AM: Thank you, Chairman. Could I just pursue you a little further on the line of questioning you were receiving from Steve O’Connell about parking in outer London? Are you specifically delineating what is ‘outer London’ and what is ‘inner London’? What bothers me is that sometimes it seems that TfL, when commenting on planning applications, tries to impose the rather stricter inner London format on outer London boroughs. As you said, we do definitely need more scope for residential parking in outer London.
