    Navin Shah AM: Thank you, Chair. David, this morning in your opening statement you referred to the Olympic Park and particularly the venues that are there. They are becoming a major destination. That is good news and I welcome that. Leaving aside the Stadium, can you tell the Assembly what the medium and long-term financial viability is of the venues within the Park?

    Andrew Boff AM: How could something be described as ‘sustainable’ when London taxpayers will have to keep propping you up every year and you cannot tell us when that is going to stop? How is that sustainable?

    Navin Shah AM: My question is about the zero carbon homes. When the MALP was first proposed it included new text which outlined how the Mayor was going to achieve zero carbon homes. This has now been removed from the final version. Has the Mayor given up on zero carbon homes entirely?
