While we are on sustainable design standards, can you tell us anything more about water demand? The bid document talked about reducing water demand through sustainable management of rain and waste water. This is obviously a very topical issue now and will continue to be so through 2012.

Are plans in place to deal with the aftermath of a major incident in any part of London, in particular with regards to the potential need to accommodate and provide for a large number of displaced Londoners?
