Last week it was revealed that there were over 3,000 train journeys where Londoners could have claimed compensation because their train was late or cancelled. But only 15% of people who could claim actually did. I am therefore intrigued that of the 45 members of staff who work for you, as listed in the GLA intranet, not one of them has the word `transport' in their job description. All of them appear to relate to the public affairs side of the brief. How does that come about?
