Since the first London Safety Plan (LSP) was published in 2004, the number of incidents that the LFB responds to, including fires, has fallen. In terms of transformation and the changes that has had on the LFB itself and the way it works, how do you see the number and types of incidents changing in the coming years and how will it affect the way that the LFB responds and is staffed?
