Caroline Pidgeon MBE AM: I would like to ask Sir Peter. As Chair of the LLDC, you will take direction from the Mayor that you may not always agree with. You were the Commissioner of TfL at the time of the Garden Bridge fiasco. What lessons have you learned from the mistakes made at that time?

I would like to ask the Chair a few questions about increasing diversity in your workforce. You need to look at the offer that is made to staff and look at work practices. As you know, the Mayor announced that he wanted City Hall to become a model employer, adopting the highest standards to support women in the workplace. Is this something that you are looking to do at LFEPA and what plans do you have to review your current working practices?
