My questions are about the grassroots participation in sports, but particularly I wanted to find out what the impact has been of the Olympics and/or subsequently on the participation of people with disabilities in sports. Have we done anything to improve their position and their participation in sports?

    Chair, will you agree with me that it is not unknown when an organisation is going through a transformation that it often gets an interim chief executive? It is not unheard of getting interim chief executives, particularly when organisations are moving from one sort of values to possibly a different set of values. The cost cannot be measured merely in terms of money but also value in terms of what you get in the interim chief executive. Would you think that would be a consideration playing on the mind of the A&U Committee?
