I would like to ask the Chair a few questions about increasing diversity in your workforce. You need to look at the offer that is made to staff and look at work practices. As you know, the Mayor announced that he wanted City Hall to become a model employer, adopting the highest standards to support women in the workplace. Is this something that you are looking to do at LFEPA and what plans do you have to review your current working practices?

Stephen Knight (AM): To pick you up on the point you have just made around the high property values in London, compared, I believe with most other developed countries, we have very few property and wealth taxes in this country; we predominantly focus on income and sales taxes.
