You may be aware that one of the things the Government was supposed to announce in the Autumn Statement was the whole announcement around the buy-as-you-go thought to help more people get on to the housing ladder. I just wanted to go back to some of the points raised by Assembly Member Bailey in terms of the night Tube. Just going on from John's [Biggs] friendly question, you outlined many, many priorities for next year and, if anything, the first observation is maybe there are too many. Can you possibly lose focus as a result and what kind of managerial systems have you got to make sure that you can cover all the ground? For example, the two additional ones that I had were implementing the Mayor's Housing Strategy and the sporting provision and the youth service. Now those are clearly new areas on top of your Olympic responsibilities, as well as the climate change work.
