This is an incredibly difficult area because in fact you do not want to stop whistle-blowers. You do not want to stop the police officers who are reporting on illegal activities within the Metropolitan Police Service. You want them to come forward. I wanted to bring us on to the topic of violence against women and children. I think you know that we are doing a piece of work on it at the moment. We have met with women's support organisations and so on, with a view to presenting that report to MOPAC and then having it feed into your update to the Mayor's strategy. The proposed River crossings and a number of the sites they seek to open up are in areas at risk from flooding, according to Environment Agency data. Can the chair confirm that the Environment Agency has advised against development along much of the Thames Gateway because of the flood risk? Can the chair publish the advice the LDA has received from the Environment Agency on the flood risk in the Thames Gateway?
